Classic brewpub fare meets New American grill. Our kitchen is inspired by the flavors and styles of the West with a nod to many of the classic dishes made famous in East Coast brewpubs. Impeccably grilled premium meats and Detroit-style pizzas are the centerpiece of our grand dining room, while Belfry steak burgers and unique share plates pair with our brews for a laid-back meal out on the patio.
Meat done well is a family tradition that's been with us in the valley for 30 years; it's a craft we've honed from backyard cookouts to the award-winning barbecue at Bobby D's in Jerome. Now we're bringing it home to Cottonwood.
