OLD WORLD CHARM MEETS NEW FANGLED FRIENDSHIPS
We believe our town deserves a world-class brewery and grill. One where long-timers can come together
for a cold one on the patio, or new friends can enjoy one of the best wood-fired steaks in the Verde Valley.
We’re proud to be the place for great food, drinks, and friendship, right in the heart of Cottonwood.
THE WOOD-FIRED GRILL
FLAVORS OF THE WEST, NEW AMERICAN RANGE
SERVING THE FINEST CUTS OF MEAT
LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THE CITY
Our kitchen is inspired by the flavors and styles of the West—we call it the New American Range. Impeccably-grilled premium meats are the centerpiece of our grand dining room, while house ground steak burgers or unique share plates pair with our brews for a laid-back meal out on the patio.
Meat done well is a family tradition that’s been with us in the valley for 30 years; it’s a craft we’ve honed from backyard cookouts to the award-winning barbecue at Bobby D’s in Jerome. Now we’re bringing it home to Cottonwood. We wood-fire our premium meats using local oak for a rich, smokey flavor and high heat that seals in the juices and natural flavor.
HAVE A BEER AT THE BAR
You can taste our range of beers—from a crisp lager to a robust IPA—in our taproom daily. Or, enjoy a pint or sampler flight with a handcrafted premium steak burger you won’t soon forget.
RESTORING A PIECE OF HISTORY
“The Green Church on the Corner” is a cornerstone in the history of our town. It’s been home to several local congregations and the gathering place of Old Cottonwood since the 1920s. You could hear the church bell across the Verde Valley, calling people together. We thought it fitting, then, that we could share our love of food, drink, and good company in this grand old building at the heart of Cottonwood.
We’ve added some new spaces, like a beer garden for a casual drink with friends, a taproom for sampling our signature brews, and an upscale dining room with a full bar and Chef Bobby D’s legendary wood-fired cuisine. We’ve also lovingly restored many of the building’s historic features—most importantly the belfry, where a new bell once again sounds to bring travelers and friends home.
